This Round A+ financing is mainly used for market expanding, product development, operation, quality and R & D iteration.
Shenzhen LEMON Photonics Technologies Co., LTD, established in July, 2018, mainly involved in high-performance semiconductor laser chips, modules and optical engines. Its core chip technology includes 9xx EEL, VCSEL and HCSEL.
