The 27th China International Optoelectronic Expo (CIOE 2026) is set to open on September 9–11, 2026, at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. As one of the most comprehensive photonics industry events worldwide, this year’s CIOE will host over 4,000 quality exhibitors from more than 30 countries and regions across a total exhibition area of 260,000 square meters. Founded in 2018, LEMON Photonics is a high‑tech company dedicated to providing premium semiconductor laser chips and light source solutions across three core technology platforms: VCSEL (vertical‑cavity surface‑emitting laser), HCSEL (horizontal‑cavity surface‑emitting laser), and EEL (edge‑emitting laser). Our integrated product system combines laser chip design, optical engineering, and application‑specific modules, delivering high‑performance laser engines for diverse markets. Our core team brings roughly two decades of experience in large‑scale manufacturing of advanced optoelectronic semiconductors, and our globally distributed supply chain supports a monthly 6‑inch wafer capacity of over 4,000 pieces.

At CIOE 2026, LEMON Photonics will feature our self‑developed VCSEL, HCSEL, and EEL chips, alongside a full series of line, point, and area laser modules. Among the highlights, our multi‑junction VCSEL chips have become key sensing components in consumer electronics and autonomous driving, thanks to their precise beam control and stable output characteristics. Notably, our 905 nm VCSEL chip, built with multi‑junction and multi‑section design, achieves a peak power of 120 W with a power conversion efficiency approaching 50% and a lifetime exceeding 3,000 hours, demonstrating our technical competitiveness on the global stage. The HCSEL series, which combines the strengths of VCSEL and EEL, also shows outstanding performance in lidar applications.

Our products serve a wide range of fields including smart sensing, lidar, industrial processing, medical aesthetics, and augmented/virtual reality. We have established strategic partnerships with industry leaders in robotic vacuum cleaners, lidar systems, and intelligent security. To date, LEMON Photonics holds 4 granted PCT patents and 11 domestic invention patents, with over 50 patents in the pipeline. The company has been recognized as a National High‑Tech Enterprise, a National‑level Sci‑Tech SME, and a Provincial Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprise.
