1. Battery Coating Heating Laser Engine

Leveraging advanced wavelength-matching technology, this solution enables precise laser energy modulation tailored to lithium battery materials, achieving directional heating and high-efficiency energy absorption. Compared to conventional infrared heating, it significantly enhances drying efficiency while reducing energy consumption. Validated by leading battery manufacturers, this technology has already been deployed in large-scale production, driving improvements in battery performance and consistency. 

2. Perovskite Coating Heating Laser Engine

Designed for flexible, low-cost perovskite solar cell manufacturing, this engine integrates LEMON Photonics expertise in laser etching and thin-film processing to optimize the entire perovskite coating and drying workflow. Its ultra-precise temperature control and uniform heating capabilities enhance perovskite film crystallization quality, delivering a critical boost to conversion efficiency and long-term stability.
