Short range to long range LiDAR, ADAS applications

Optional wavelengths of 940nm or 905nm, peak optical power up to hundreds of watts, nanosecond pulses, individually controllable areas, and peak electro-optic conversions of up to 56% provide high-quality, cost-effective solutions for automotive and industrial environments.

VCSEL heating engine revolutionizes coating drying technology

LEMON Photonics VCSEL laser heating engine for lithium batteries, power batteries, fuel cell coating drying innovation. High energy laser input and heat recovery technology, improve drying efficiency, energy saving and equipment footprint, low maintenance cost. Modular design combined with zoning control, to achieve accurate drying better than uneven.

Infrared penetration optimizes material quality and reduces the risk of cracking. Low operating temperature to meet flammable and explosion-proof requirements. Compared with traditional heating methods, VCSEL has high energy density, high speed, significant energy saving, long life and high reliability.

Compared with wind heating and infrared lamp drying, VCSEL energy density up to 100W/cm², drying speed 10-100 times faster, while saving more than 50%, 10 times longer life, higher reliability.

HCSEL addresses three Issue for LiDAR light source

The HCSEL (horizontal cavity surface emission laser) chip exclusively developed by LEMON Photonics solves the three issue of LiDAR light sources: peak power to achieve remote detection, low spectral temperature drift to ensure high signal-to-noise ratio, and longer wavelength to protect human eyes.

Blind spot detection, line scanning of LiDAR

The HCSEL is available in 940nm and 976nm  wavelengths with peak optical power up to hundreds of watts and nanosecond pulse response. Its slow axis divergence Angle is less than 0.5°, and the fast axis divergence Angle is 15°, which is naturally suitable for line light source.

With a built-in DOE coupled output, the HCSEL frequency is stabilized against feedback. Simply increase the chip size and outgoing light aperture. Lemon Photon HCSEL single chip size customization flexible, to meet the different needs of less than 1mm to 10mm.
